AI training plans for military selection and fitness tests.
Selection in 84 days, every one of them planned. A plan for P Company, PRMC, the RFT(E), AOSB, the ACFT or a police fitness test, built from your standards and your watch history, rewritten week to week, adjusted each morning from how you slept. No coach, no chat window, no streaks.

Four steps, then the plan runs itself.
1
Set the goal
Pick the test or write your own standards. Give it a date and the days you can train.
2
Import your history
Connect intervals.icu, Strava or Garmin. A year of runs, rides, lifts, HRV and sleep sets the starting point.
3
The plan is written
Phases, weeks and sessions built back from the date, with every exercise as structured sets, reps, pace and rest.
4
Adjusted every morning
Low HRV, short sleep, high resting heart rate: the session is scaled, swapped or moved. You accept or keep the plan.
How the morning adjustment works, in detail: how an AI coach adapts your plan to HRV and sleep.

Questions.
All the answers, including watches, data and cancelling.
What is Loadout Solo?
A subscription training app for people preparing for military selection, basic training, courses like P Company and PRMC, and police or fire fitness tests. An AI coach writes the plan from your goal, a short questionnaire and your wearable history, adjusts it each morning from your readiness, and progresses it week to week. There is no human coach.
Which tests and courses does it cover?
Presets for the British Army RFT(E) (standard and ground close combat), the Soldier Conditioning Review, AOSB, Royal Marines PRMC, Para P Company, the RAF fitness test, the Royal Navy PJFT, the UK police JRFT, the US Army ACFT and the USMC PFT, plus a rolling train-like-a-soldier plan with no date. Every target is editable and you can write your own standards.
What does it adjust each morning?
Your HRV and resting heart rate against a 28-day baseline, last night's sleep, and the provider's own readiness score when there is one, combined into a 0 to 100 readiness figure. Below 50 on a training day it proposes one change: scale the loads, swap with an easier day, or rest. You accept or keep the plan.
Do I need a watch?
No. Without one the plan runs as written and you log sessions by hand with a daily check-in for sleep quality, soreness and mood. With one, the plan starts from your real history and adjusts automatically.
What does it cost?
A 7-day free trial with no card, then 19.99 USD a month or 119.99 USD a year. The store or checkout shows the price in your currency. Cancel from your app store or the billing page at any time.
